 Prior to a trip being ticketed, the authorizing manager receives a notification email that provides a direct link to a secure web site. There, the manager can view all staff requests or an individual traveler's itinerary to determine if the trip(s) should occur. AirWEB Authorizer allows you to confirm or reject an employee travel request, document the reasons for the decision, and notify the traveler and agent of the status of the request. The PNR is documented with the name of the authorizing manager along with the date and time of the decision.
